EXECUTIVE CHEF LINDSAY AUTRY
Executive Chef Lindsay Autry has recently taken over the stoves at the historic Sundy House in Delray Beach, introducing a New Menu Concept that is sure to inspire as well as delight. Well-known among South Florida culinary aficionados, Chef Autry has achieved international acclaim as the Chef de Cuisine of Las Brisas at the Fairmont Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen, and as a finalist on the Emmy award-winning Bravo series, “Top Chef Texas”.
After inheriting a love of cooking at an early age, Chef Autry‘s southern roots are a constant influence in her menus, along with the bold Mediterranean flavors introduced by her Greek grandmother, and the classic French cooking techniques she honed under James Beard award-winning Chef Michelle Bernstein. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Autry received her B.S. in Culinary Arts, and was honored with the Restaurant Hospitality Magazine Rising Star Award in 2008.
Chef Autry now brings her impeccable talent to the Sundy House, where her unique and soulful creations will continue to elevate the dining experience of our award-winning Palm Beach restaurant.
