DELRAY BEACH, FL – (November 20, 2007) The award-winning historic Sundy House, a Kessler-managed property, announces the appointment of Craig Leicester as general manager. Craig comes to the Sundy House most recently from the AAA Four-Diamond Celebration Hotel, in Celebration, FL - another Kessler Collection property - where he was Director of Guest Services.

 

Leicester has been with The Kessler Collection since 2005. He began his career as Director of Food & Beverage Outlets at the Celebration Hotel, where he was responsible for the daily operation of the hotel’s food & beverage department, which includes the AAA Four-Diamond Plantation Room restaurant and highly popular Piano Bar & Lounge.

 

Prior to his employment with The Kessler Collection, Craig was assistant outlets/restaurant manager at the Hilton Toronto in Canada, where he ran the hotel’s signature Tundra restaurant and also supervised the room service division, mini-bar, coffee bar, Barristers Lounge and Hilton Honors Lounge.  He has also held positions at the Emerald Hills Golf & Country Club in Stouffville, Ontario; the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North in Ontario; Las Angela's Cosmopolitan Cuisine in Barrie, Ontario; and the Lodge at Kananaskis in Alberta, Canada.  Leicester is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration.
